Low pressure fans
For transporting challenging gases when the pressure in the system is low (less than 500..1000 Pa) and the gas flow is high.
Our fans have been delivered, for example, for transporting gases from scrubbers and power plant boilers. Can be equipped with washing taps, for example, in which case the fan is often corrosion resistant. A large duplex or acid-proof fan is quite spectacular...
Medium pressure fans
A medium pressure blower is suitable for most industrial purposes. These typically achieve a pressure increase of approx. 3500-5000 Pa.
In these fans, it is already worth paying attention to vibration control. DCS fans are particularly robust, which contributes to low vibration levels and a long life cycle.
High pressure fans
For processes requiring high pressure boost, our selection includes fans for 30,000... up to 50,000 Pa pressure boost.
These fans are usually fast-running.
Our design process includes an analysis of the fans' characteristic vibrations, based on which we select a structure and bearings for a long service life of the fan. The bearings are equipped with oil circulation lubrication and cooling in demanding applications.
